If, for any reason, You are not completely satisfied with a purchase, We invite You to review Our policy on refunds and returns.

The following terms are applicable for any "done-for-you" products or subscriptions that You purchased from Us.

The words with initial capital letters have meanings defined under the following conditions. The following definitions shall have the same meaning regardless of whether they appear in singular or in plural.

For the purposes of this Return and Refund Policy:

Company (referred to as either "the Company," "We," "Us," or "Our" in this Agreement) refers to ContactM LLC, 1300 Eastman Ave, Ventura, CA 93003.
Goods refer to the items offered for sale on the Service.
Orders mean a request by You to purchase Goods from Us.
Service refers to the Website.
Website refers to ContactM LLC's services, accessible from https://contactm.co/.
You means the individual accessing or using the Service, or the company or other legal entity on behalf of which such individual is accessing or using the Service, as applicable.

Your Order Cancellation Rights

Depending on the conditions of return for Your specific purchase (noted below), We will reimburse You no later than 14 days from the day on which We receive the request of cancellation. We will use the same means of payment as You used for the Order, and You will not incur any fees for such reimbursement.

Conditions for Returns

For eligibility of refund or return of payment, please review the conditions below.

The following cases are not eligible for return:

Goods made to Your specifications or clearly personalized, and subsequently approved by You in writing.
"Done-for-You" services in which projects have already been initiated.
Goods that have been launched or made live by beginning a marketing campaign using the Goods.
Subscription services can be canceled on any given date; however, past months' payments cannot be refunded. On certain occasions, We may refund the last month only.
Auto-recharge payments (for SMS/MMS texting, phone numbers, calls, A2P registration fees, and emails sent within Our platform) are not refundable since they are direct bills incurred by ContactM LLC to provide You those services in partnership with phone and email carriers and providers, as well as regulatory groups.
Promotional purchases, including but not limited to 3, 6, or 12-month packages, are non-refundable to provide these discounted services.
Exclusive annual plans and lifetime access plans are also non-refundable.
Unused months of Service or hours of "Done-for-You" assistance are not eligible for partial refunds in the case of promotional packages or extended Service commitments listed above.
Goods on sale cannot be refunded. This exclusion may not apply to You if it is not permitted by applicable law.
Users who violate Our Terms and Conditions, including but not limited to intentional spamming, phishing, or scamming through Our platform, as well as cancellations due to abuse towards ContactM LLC Service providers, are not eligible for refunds.
Educational courses provided and purchased as an online course or other training platform purchase can be returned up to 30 days after the original purchase. After 30 days, Your purchase is not eligible for a refund.
